Re-training Your Brain
Re-training your brain to hear the sounds it’s been missing is a critical part of the process. Your brain may have spent years adapting to hearing loss. That’s why we don’t simply make everything louder. We gradually reintroduce the sounds you’ve been missing, giving your brain time to adapt so conversations become clearer and more natural.
Real Ear Measurement (REM)
Most hearing aid fittings are based on computer predictions. We take it a step further. Using Real Ear Measurement, we place a tiny microphone near your eardrum to measure the actual sound your hearing aids are delivering. This allows us to verify and fine-tune your hearing aids based on what is happening in your ear—not on estimates or guesswork.
Follow Up Care
Once we verify you are at target and hearing your best, we move to a maintenance schedule. We’ll see you back every 3 to 6 months for cleaning and maintenance. All visits are included under your warranty.
Annual Re-Evaluation
Annually we retest your hearing. If there has been a gradual change in your hearing, you don’t need new hearing aids—we reprogram your hearing aids to match the change, keeping you hearing your best year after year.
